Mediumconsistency, with the flesh semi-attached to the bone.
Good pistilar closing and low cracking sensibility.
It has a good quality flavor, with juicy pulp. Very sweet and aromatic flavor. 12 º Brix. Acidity: 2.0 g/l.
Medium, average production but interesting in terms of early harvesting.
